HOW DO I ORDER?

You are welcome to order directly from the website.

Or you can email us with your product enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days. In many cases these timescales are less, but we are at the behest of the carrier / postal company.

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

No. We are an online business so we carry limited stock at our address.

That said, if an item is required urgently, we will happily contact you to arrange an appointment so you can collect the item once it is in stock.

 

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVES?

If the item is faulty by manufacture, then we will either:

  1. Credit you to the value of the damaged item on your account on the return of the item(s)
  2. Or, Send a replacement item.

If the outer casing has been damaged due to the carrier / postal company, then please let us know by email.  We want all of your products to be in perfect condition when they arrive with yourself.

 

HOW DO YOU WORK OUT CARRIER / POSTAGE COSTS?

That’s easy.  All of our goods are weighed per item, so when your have added your items to the cart, it automatically corrolates all the weights, and gives you the purchaser the choice of carrier or postal, at the cost for your consignment, not per item.  This saves you money.
